Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Bobby Jack tags attached.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement exchange will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
